Chevre frais à l'herbe sauvage - Fresh goat cheese with wild herbs

I currently enjoy the country life - being in nature and discovering the variety of wild herbs and plants is my favorite pastime! Our herb spiral has a lot to offer: cornflower, mallow, marigold, Gundermann. With a handful of flowers, a simple goat cheese, Chevre frais, can be wonderfully enchanted. I am currently impressing many of our friends with this :-) The best thing is: it is super-simplified and quickly prepared and simply beautiful. Just pluck a few flowers and press them onto the cream cheese. A few red peppercorns on top and voilà, the perfect Chevre frais à l'herbe sauvage.
