Coaching

Our life path consists of constant ups and downs, of expectations, hopes and fears. My own history has taught me to remain open to everything. Without fixed concepts and without judging. I was able to use many "unannounced" events as an opportunity to think bigger and to venture into unknown territory.  So also now, arrived in the 50+ times.

15 years of meditation practice as a Buddhist have brought me inner stability. It gives me an extended view of reality. And that makes it possible for me to have an eye for the wonderful things in life. And so to see even difficult to digest topics with more ease and humor, to take them as a chance for change.

This is my basis to give you inspiration. And to accompany you on your journey of discovery into your inner self. In a protected setting and an open atmosphere.
