About me

After more than ten years of international project management in the fields of new media, art and music, I decided in 2001 to pursue my passion for personal development. My decision was accelerated by the fact that my job at that time disappeared into thin air. Another nudge to break into new fields.

So my next professional station led me to Tel Aviv in Israel. There my journey into the world of coaching began with a two-year training as a systemic family provider according to Bert Hellinger. This was followed by a training in therapeutic hypnosis according to Milton Erickson through the Metaforum Berlin. Afterwards a further training in trauma therapy EMDR at the Paracelsus CAM Schule in Berlin and finally the training as a business health coach and mental trainer at the Campus Naturalis in Berlin. I owe my knowledge in meditation to my four-year studies in Buddhist philosophy, epistemology and meditation techniques at KIBI in New Delhi, India.

Shortly before my 50th birthday I met my wonderful husband. Today I am happily married, live in Berlin and France and regularly accompany people to Buddhist power places in India and Nepal.
