Hormones help us to interact with the environment and have a great mental and emotional influence on us. If our hormones are in balance, we feel emotionally balanced. We feel strong, alive and healthy. Hormones regulate themselves to be in balance. However, this process can be disturbed. In the chart you see 6 reasons that can upset your hormones. So it's good to know why your hormones are out of balance so that you can take countermeasures. In my upcoming blog posts I will go into this in more detail and present you some possibilities that can help you to get back into balance.
But first an overview for you - what are the reasons that can upset our hormones?

Chronic stress: permanent stress suppresses our hormone production and thus our immune system
Emotional blockages: Unresolved emotional issues often involve hormone disorders
Environmental toxins: Toxins are absorbed through food, air, dust, cosmetics etc. and block our hormone receptors
Electromagnetic radiation: Mobile phone radiation and WLAN cause chronic inflammation and affect our hormone receptors
Nutritional errors: contaminated food and incorrect nutrition have an effect on hormones
Nutrient deficiency: One-sided nutrition and nutrient-poor cultivation soils have an effect on our hormone production
In my follow-up articles I will go into the individual points in more detail.
I wish you a sunny start into a wonderful week!
Yours, Dagmar
