Can nutrition positively influence the menopause?

Yes, it can. You can counteract this process before it happens. During this time, an appropriate nutrition, exercise and mental training is especially important for the brain.

In the meantime it is generally known that many diseases and physical complaints can be traced back to unsuitable and one-sided nutrition. One knows, for example, about the harmful effects of foods such as sugar, white flour, gluten and trans fats. Less well known is that our diet can also influence hormone production. Many foods, such as green tea, can help your body to produce hormones.

Certain vitamins, minerals and trace elements are now of greater importance to the body than before. In order to maintain a healthy balance during this time, it is not only important what we eat, but also how we eat.  To stimulate hormone production, we must give the body time to recover.

And even if there are already stronger sensitivities, a so-called "body resetting" effect can often be achieved by a change in diet.

I would be happy to work out a dietary program with you that is suitable for you and easy to implement, in which the most important vital substances are incorporated, which effectively support your body and mind during this time of change.
